To form the groups we take the total number of registered students and break the group out by gender, sort them alphabetically and split them as evenly as possible. Therefore, the alphabetic breakout will be different for the girl and boy groups.

All groups are rotated to ensure a mix of groups and early/late session times.

WE WILL BE UNABLE TO MAKE ANY GROUP ASSIGNMENT CHANGES DUE TO CONFLICTING ACTIVITIES OR TO BE WITH SPECIFIC FRIENDS. TO ENSURE PARITY, WE CANNOT MAKE SPECIAL ACCOMODATIONS FOR ANYONE.
